By accessing and using the Healthnobs website (healthnobs.com) and any services offered by Healthnobs Healthcare Staffing ("Healthnobs", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of our website and services immediately. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, hospital clients, healthcare professionals, and any other users of our website and services.

Healthnobs is a healthcare staffing company that provides the following services: - Nurse staffing and placement services for hospitals and healthcare facilities - Doctor and specialist recruitment and deployment - Allied health workforce sourcing and placement - Contract staffing and workforce management - HR, payroll, and compliance management services Our services are available to registered hospitals, healthcare institutions, and qualified healthcare professionals across India. We act as an intermediary between healthcare employers and healthcare professionals.

Hospital Clients: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting staffing requests. You acknowledge that Healthnobs provides staffing recommendations based on the information you supply, and that the final hiring decision, credential verification, and duty of care remains with your institution under applicable law. Healthcare Professionals: You agree that all qualifications, certifications, experience details, and documents submitted through our platform are accurate and genuine. Submission of false or misleading information will result in immediate disqualification and may be reported to the appropriate regulatory authorities. All Users: You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or to engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, or impair our services.

Healthnobs facilitates the placement of healthcare professionals with hospital clients. The terms of each specific staffing arrangement, including deployment conditions, duration, roles, and compensation, are governed by the individual service agreement between Healthnobs and the respective hospital client. For contract staffing arrangements, Healthnobs serves as the employer of record for the healthcare professional. All employment obligations, payroll, and statutory compliance in such arrangements are handled by Healthnobs. For permanent placement services, the employment relationship is directly between the hospital and the placed professional, subject to applicable Indian labour laws.

Fees for Healthnobs services are as agreed in individual service contracts with hospital clients. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment terms are specified in each service agreement. Late payments may attract interest as specified in the service agreement and permitted under the applicable law. Healthcare professionals are not charged any fee for job placement or application services through Healthnobs.

All content on the Healthnobs website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the exclusive property of Healthnobs or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable Indian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from our website without our prior written consent. Limited personal and non-commercial use is permitted with proper attribution.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Healthnobs shall not be liable for: - Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services - Any loss of revenue, profits, business, or data resulting from placement decisions made by hospital clients - Any clinical or patient care outcomes arising from the performance or non-performance of placed healthcare professionals Healthnobs makes reasonable efforts to verify the credentials and qualifications of healthcare professionals in our network. However, the ultimate responsibility for credential verification, clinical competency assessment, and patient safety rests with the hospital client. Our total liability to any party under these terms shall not exceed the fees paid to Healthnobs for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the service relationship, including hospital staffing requirements, candidate profiles, and commercial terms of agreements. This obligation of confidentiality does not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law or regulatory order.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The parties agree to first attempt to resolve any disputes through good-faith negotiation before initiating legal proceedings.

Healthnobs reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
